This year’s April special

Beginning with this month’s Restorative Yoga practice on Friday evening,
there will be a special program offered each month.
The topic will be of interest to yoga practitioners.
This month will be Kim Doyle from Independence, who is currently studying
the art and science of reflexology.
She will give a brief informative talk about what reflexology is and isn’t, a demo on someone
in attendance, and Q & A.
I am co-sponsoring (along with Julia Theisen from Body & Soul in
Dubuque, and Betsy Rippentrop from Eastwind Healing in Iowa City) Liz
Koch, an international
somatic educator, in Iowa City on April 27 and 28. I spent ten days in
Mexico with Liz and had profound shifts in my mind/body/spirit. She is
known for
her expertise in dealing with all issues of the psoas muscle. She has
developed a system of de-activating, stretching and finally
strengthening this core muscle.
The two day workshop will be held at the beautiful Heartland Yoga
